Description:
This session helps participants confidently attend and host online meetings while protecting their privacy and maintaining a safe, productive meeting environment. Participants will learn common risks associated with virtual meetings, including unauthorized participants, disruptive behavior, and accidental sharing of sensitive information.
The training will cover simple safety practices such as using meeting passwords, managing waiting rooms, controlling screen sharing, removing disruptive participants, and protecting personal information during online meetings. Participants will also learn basic etiquette and tools that help meetings run smoothly for work, school, and community events.
By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident using virtual meeting platforms and will understand how to use built-in safety controls to protect themselves and others during online meetings.
